Thanks for considering a reading! Please consider this information while you mull it over. You’re always welcome to contact me through Etsy messenger or e-mail ([email protected]) prior to booking. If you e-mail, though, it’s probably a good idea to DM me on Etsy, too; e-mail is chaos. Unless we already DM through Instagram or other social media apps, avoid that for reading-related questions. I may not see the message—Instagram hides certain things. Likewise, if you book with me and don’t hear from me within forty-eight hours, it means the internet somehow ate the notification. Never be afraid to DM me and find out what’s going on. I try to confirm I got your request within twenty-four hours.

Tarot readings are typically delivered within forty-eight hours (two days) of the request, unless I have a clarifying question for you. In which case, the reading will be delivered within forty-eight hours of your answer and my confirming I understand. (Tarot+Reiki readings can take up seventy-two hours). If I cannot make my own deadline, I will advise you and give you the option of a refund if I cannot get to your reading within that time. That is incredibly rare and has only happened when I’m ill.

DO NOT GET THE READING. Contact me—you do not need to explain why—letting me know that you have booked in error and need a refund. I will refund you as soon as I see your message. In this case, you must seek the help of qualified and trained care providers. Tarot can’t help much in those instances, and, in fact, may amp up your anxiety.
